Advisory Programme
The Advisory Programme of UNIDO ITPO Korea, launched in 2019 as a flagship initiative, identifies strategic partner countries across continents to provide advisory services on investment opportunities and technology transfer to Korea’s private and public sectors.
With local advisors stationed in Ethiopia, Cambodia, and Peru, the programme delivers up-to-date insights into the investment environments of these countries, actively supporting Korean companies in their efforts to expand overseas.
The programme assists partners in developing investment strategies by offering services such as market research, networking, identifying technology transfer needs, and discovering local business opportunities. Through local advisors, UNIDO ITPO Korea provides the latest information on investment opportunities and policy trends in partner countries, while also offering practical support, including facilitating business meetings and organizing delegation visits.
Notably, PHASE 1 of the programme successfully ran from 2019 to 2022. Building on this success, PHASE 2 commenced in 2023, marking a significant new chapter in its continued progress.
